Hi guys,

Thank you for your interest in Advanced Concepts of Strength & Conditioning. I hope you will enjoy the book and find its content beneficial. Just in case you changed your mind after placing an order you have 30 days to return the book (print) if it is unopened.

Please understand that I am publishing and marketing the book on my own, which means that I cannot afford extra expenses due to returns (e.g. shipping & handling). However, it is very important to me to satisfy my customers and I will try to do whatever I can within reasonable terms to make you happy.

For more information read the terms of service below.

Thank you very much in advance for your understanding and co-operation!
